Who do you work with?

Active investors only. Minimum: 2–3 completed projects in the last 2 yearss.

Do you fund first-time homebuyers?

No. We’re built exclusively for experienced real estate investors.

How fast can you close?

Quickly. Most loans close in weeks, not months. Approved draws typically fund within ~48 hour

What types of projects do you finance?

Fix & flips, BRRR/DSCR, new construction, multifamily, and bridge/refi.

What will you ask me upfront?

We’ll ask about deal type, past experience, credit score, liquidity, and net worth. (We’ll run a soft credit pull during underwriting.)

Are you a bank or hard money lender?

Neither. Renovo is a direct lender with in-house servicing. That means more flexibility and faster execution than banks — without the chaos of hard money.
